What an Amazing Wakeboarding Weekend

The 1st and 2nd of June was an amazing weekend for Just Wake, the standard of riding was phenomenal. Saturday 1st June saw 47 Entrants battle it out for Stop 5 Of the Industry Wake Parks Grass Roots Tour, and our first competition of the year. With Wakestock Qualifiers as the top prizes in the Open categories, there was some very intense competition. The Junior Open was the competition to watch, with the kids throwing out challenge after challenge to each other, We've never seen this level of competition in a Junior Competition before. Congratulations to Scott Rosewell, Harry Eames and Joe Battleday for winning the Wakestock Qualifier positions, but also a special mention to local Just Wake RIders Josh Jenkins and Rocco Burbidge for coming 4th and 5th in the competition.

The 2nd June saw the First Ever RED BULL HARBOUR REACH WILDCARD QUALIFIER event held at Just Wake. 16 Riders battled it out for 2 places at the main event in Liverpool. Congratulations to Freddie Carter and Louis Floyd for pulling out amazing final runs to take the Wild Cards, and join the RED BULL Road to HARBOUR REACH!
